Our Staff
Dr. Young is married and the father of three children and the grandfather of three. His wife is Sandra Joyce Masters Young. She is employed as a manager with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Tennessee. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Trevecca Nazarene University, and International Bible Institute and Seminary. He served as a pastor from 1977-2000. He has also served as a Children's Pastor, Associate Pastor, Interim Pastor, and Baptist Campus Minister. His last pastorate was Salem Church in this association from 1991-2000. He has served as the Director of Missions of the association since November 2000.
